How to Receive Careat Our Department
We welcome both domestic and international patients. As a national university hospital, we primarily see referrals from other physicians.

Obtain a Referral Letter
Request a referral (Shoukaisho) from your primary care physician. This letter should include your diagnosis and recent test results.

Schedule an Appointment
Contact the outpatient division to book your initial consultation. International patients can request translation support.

First Consultation
Meet with our surgical team to review your case and explore the most appropriate surgical options.
